Episode Packages

All packages include pre-session consultation, professional recording, editing, and delivery.

The Single — $1,500 per episode

One professionally produced episode. Ideal for organizations or individuals who want to try podcasting without a long-term commitment, or who produce content on an irregular schedule. Best for: first-time podcasters, special event recordings, one-off interviews.

The Series — $1,200 per episode (minimum 4 episodes)

For those ready to commit to a run of episodes. Consistent publishing builds audience — and this package reflects that commitment with preferred per-episode pricing. Best for: nonprofits, businesses, community organizations, and individuals with a clear content vision.

The Ongoing Partner — Custom Pricing

For organizations that want a consistent, recurring production partnership — senior living communities, businesses, nonprofits, and creators who want a dependable production team behind every episode. Includes priority scheduling and a dedicated producer. Let's talk.

Who We Work With

•       Nonprofits and mission-driven organizations with stories worth sharing

•       Small businesses building brand voice and thought leadership

•       Senior living communities preserving resident stories or programming resident interviews

•       Individuals — coaches, consultants, creatives — ready to build an audience

•       Anyone who has something to say and wants it to sound like they mean it

How It Works

Step 1. Book a Consultation — We'll talk through your goals, audience, format, and frequency. No pressure — just a conversation.

Step 2. Pre-Session Prep — We help you develop your episode topic, talking points, and guest prep. You show up ready to talk. We handle the rest.

Step 3. Record — Come to our studio in San Rafael — or we can discuss on-location options. We'll make sure you're comfortable from the first minute.

Step 4. We Edit — We handle all post-production: editing, leveling, music, and final mix. You'll receive a proof before we deliver the final file.

Step 5. Publish — We deliver your episode ready to upload to any podcast platform. Need help getting listed on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or others? We can guide you through that too.

The Virtual Legacy Interview

A 1-hour professional-quality interview done remotely

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Step 1. Book a Consultation – We help shape the perfect documentary format for your needs.
Step 2. Recording Session – We come to you or set up a remote session.
Step 3. Storytelling & Editing – We carefully craft your family’s narrative with music, visuals, and professional editing.
Step 4. Final Delivery – Receive your film in a beautifully polished, shareable format.

  • Need more time? No problem. We can change the length of your interview on the day of the shoot. But with our preinterview, we will have a solid idea of how long it will take to get your whole story on tape.

  • I’ve heard so many people say, “Why would anyone want to hear what I have to say? I’m not very interesting.” I have found all of them to be wrong. Everyone has stories to tell, and sharing them with your family is not only interesting but also an essential piece of history. If you are struggling with what to talk about, don’t worry. We provide a creative and inspiring list of prompts and questions to get the memories and storytelling ideas flowing.

  • Absolutely! While we are located in Northern California, we can record remotely. We use a third-party website called www.Riverside.fm - It’s free and easy to use and only requires Google Chrome as your web browser. We will provide detailed instructions if you decide to go the remote route.

  • We offer digital downloads and custom USB drives. Once you have approved the final edit, we will send you a link to the final file. Once you complete your payment, the file will be available for download and for streaming. We will also mail you a USB drive with your files.

  • Deciding to archive the voices and stories of loved ones is bold and rewarding. However, one of the lasting memories may well be the search for meaningful stories when shared with family or a close group of friends. We recommend you take your time with the prompts, dig through family photos, and try to relive those memories together. Having a Sound Legacy audio document is a beautiful gift, but remembering what it was like to work together on creating it is its own delightful part of the puzzle.
